ODM — Original Design
Custom deck shape, truck geometry, wheel specs, and graphics designed for your brand. MOQ 300 pieces. Includes mold development.
What we handle
Deck production
7-ply Canadian maple pressed and CNC-routed to your mold. Custom concave, wheel wells, and kick angles.
Graphics application
Heat-transfer film or screen printing. Pantone color matching. UV-resistant clear coat.
Component assembly
Trucks, wheels, bearings, grip tape sourced and mounted. Every board spin-tested before packing.
Packaging design
Custom carton design, shrink wrap, hang tags, instruction cards printed with your branding.
Quality control
Inline inspection at pressing, printing, and assembly. Rejection rate under 1.2%.
Export logistics
FOB Ningbo or Shanghai. B/L, commercial invoice, packing list, and origin certificate prepared.
